This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
N E W S And now for something completely different...!
Just a quick update to let you know Im still here.
Ive been knitting scarves and hats all winter, and this spring I've painted custom shoes and fallen in love with crochet kettle holders! And that's about it. Heres a couple of devs to show you what Ive been up to. And a tiny yarn feature. If you want to see more of what I've done, I upload more stuff on facebook than here [link]
I think making my own stuff with my own patterns is what's most fun with all of this! And now that I'm confident enough to crochet just about anything, I look at patterns for ideas on how to solve problems, I rarely make stuff entirely from someone else's pattern anymore. It seems to me, though, that many people on dA just upload stuff made from patterns that aren't theirs... The first amigurumi I made was a ninja for ~centuryslayer and just now I've seen a dozen ninjas just like that one here on dA! It's from a book, but most people don't say a word about that in their descriptions.
