Just a quick update to let you know I’m still here.

I’ve been knitting scarves and hats all winter, and this spring I've painted custom shoes and fallen in love with crochet kettle holders! And that's about it. Here’s a couple of devs to show you what I’ve been up to. And a tiny yarn feature. I think making my own stuff with my own patterns is what's most fun with all of this! And now that I'm confident enough to crochet just about anything, I look at patterns for ideas on how to solve problems, I rarely make stuff entirely from someone else's pattern anymore. It seems to me, though, that many people on dA just upload stuff made from patterns that aren't theirs... The first amigurumi I made was a ninja for centuryslayer and just now I've seen a dozen ninjas just like that one here on dA! It's from a book, but most people don't say a word about that in their descriptions.}
